The right expert.

The right perspective.

Real results.

At The Insider Syndicate, we understand that no two artists are the same. That is why we take care to match every client with the creative expert or gallerist best suited to their practice, audience, and ambitions.

Each member of our panel brings at least over a decade of commercial art world experience, giving you insight that is grounded, honest, and genuinely useful. We insist that our members are working in the art world today in a commercial organisation, so that our advice is current - rather than programmes and courses which were out of date 5 years ago.

We group review all reports before they are sent back to you, to ensure they are all at a high standard and have multiple working gallerists thoughts.

Digital Review

What do we review?

What do you receive?

Why do it?

How much does it cost?

A comprehensive review of your entire digital presence, including:

  • Your website design, structure, and written content

  • Artist texts, statements, and biography

  • Digital ranking and online visibility

  • Searchability, metadata, and tags

  • Social media platforms and how they represent your practive.

  • How easy it is to understand what is for sale and what services you offer

Once your review is complete, a clear and detailed report is returned to you. It contains a prioritised list of actionable tasks and practical recommendations so you know exactly what to address, and where to begin.

No jargon. No vague advice. Just a clear path forward.

In a competitive art market, how you present yourself online is as important as the work itself. An Insider Syndicate review gives you an informed, experienced perspective from someone who has worked at the heart of the commercial art world, helping you present your practice with confidence and clarity.

We charge £250 per digital review. That’s it. Simple, clear and less than anyone else we know.

Commercial Advice

How does this work?

How much does it cost?

Who is this for?

We match you with one of our gallerists or commercial experts who our panel thinks can help you the most and arrange a one to one digital call. Our expert will ask you questions and listen to what you are struggling with and where you want to be. After your first meeting a summary report is provided with suggested solutions for your next steps. You can pick this service up as a single meeting or if you are happy with the advice you can sign up for a call once a month - which some artists prefer as it ensures they keep on track with their ‘homework’ and have support on hand for any tweaks that need to happen.

Many artists feel alone and as if they are screaming into a void - this service either on an adhoc or regular coaching basis - is designed to give you the support and encouragement you need to feel like you are connected back into the world you are an important part of.

This service is not one size fits all - we match you with the right level expert for your current level and by this we don’t mean ‘how good you are’, we mean if you are starting out, mid-career or have a specific goal such as getting a museum work. This of course means that the costs vary. However, the first session is always £200. We share the minutes of the meeting with you afterwards so that you can refer back to what was discussed.

This is for artists who are currently with a gallery, looking for a gallery or who want to remain independent or all of the above. It’s also just for those of you who want someone to talk.

Should you have a commission going south, an urgent shipping enquiry, a contract you aren’t sure if you should sign, we can provide a sounding board. We cannot advise you on tax but we can direct you to the right places to find what you need.

This service is £300 and can be arranged within 24 hours.
